Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead audit teams in preforming review of previous audit findings, to ensure management action plan as per audit findings is implemented and
- continuous tracking of action plan
- Develop and implement a risk based audit plan, including setting objectives, defining scope and selecting appropriate audit techniques and lead teams
- during field work
- Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls, ensuring compliances with applicable laws and regulations
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Supervise, mentor and train audit team members, fostering as collaborative and growth oriented workplace
- Help departments in drafting SOP, policies and procedures and ensure continuous review of policies to adapt changing business needs




- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Manage special projects as per requirement
- Responsible for managing good relationship and continuous dialogue across all functions and ground levels staff at plant

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience in management audit or internal audit role within an NBFC or banking organization.
- Strong understanding of audit planning, risk assessment, and internal controls principles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams through complex projects from initiation to completion.
