Summary: An experienced AI/Automation Engineer to design and implement agentic AI-based automation solutions across Datacenter Services (VMware, Wintel, Linux, Database), End User Computing, and Network Services. The candidate will leverage AI/ML technologies to optimize operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery for a healthcare client workplace.

Roles Responsibilities:
- - Develop and deploy AI-driven automation workflows for datacenter and network operations.
- Integrate automation with existing platforms (VMware, Windows/Linux servers, databases, SD-WAN, etc.).
- Implement predictive analytics for capacity planning, incident prevention, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with tower leads to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Build and maintain scripts, bots, and AI agents for routine tasks and self-healing systems.




- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and security protocols.

Qualified Technical Skills:
- - Core Technical Skills:oStrong programming skills in Python, PowerShell, or Java.oExperience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).oKnowledge of Agentic AI concepts and orchestration tools.oFamiliarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow).
- Infrastructure Expertise:oVMware virtualization, Windows/Linux administration.oDatabase management (SQL, Oracle, MySQL).oNetworking fundamentals (SD-WAN, Cisco, Juniper).
- Automation Tools:oAnsible, Terraform, or similar IaC tools.oAPI integration and scripting for automation.
- Other Skills:oStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.oExperience in healthcare IT compliance is a plus.

Additional Information:
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Technology/Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Certifications in AI/ML, VMware, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exposure to observability platforms and predictive monitoring.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
