About the Role:
Izago Immigration Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive brand visibility, qualified lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, social media, SEO, content strategy, team management, and marketing analytics, preferably within the immigration, education, travel, or related service industry.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, UK Student Visa, travel visas, and other immigration services, while ensuring marketing activities are directly aligned with business and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company sales targets.
- Plan and execute campaigns for Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, UK Student Visa, travel visas, and other immigration services.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, platforms, trends, target audiences, and customer segments.
- Prepare and manage the monthly marketing calendar.
- Develop strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
2. Lead Generation & Revenue
- Take ownership of marketing-generated leads and focus on lead quality as well as lead volume.
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-sale conversions.
- Monitor CPL, qualified leads, conversion rate, CAC, revenue generated, and campaign ROI.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
- Develop strategies to improve marketing contribution to overall company revenue.
3. Team Management
- Manage and coordinate the marketing team, including content, social media, SEO, Meta campaigns, LinkedIn lead generation, website, and creative teams.
- Assign daily and weekly responsibilities and monitor task completion.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Establish KPIs for individual team members and ensure accountability.
- Monitor team productivity, quality, deadlines,
and overall performance.
- Coordinate with HR regarding performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity-related concerns when required.
4. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other relevant digital marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and work with the performance marketing team for continuous optimisation.
- Review audience targeting, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, budgets, and campaign messaging.
- Ensure marketing budgets are utilised efficiently and generate measurable business results.
- Test new campaign formats, audiences, creatives, and acquisition channels.
5. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure content is informative, engaging, accurate, current, and aligned with applicable immigration rules and policies.
- Review and approve reels, carousels, videos, blogs, creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure content includes strong hooks, relevant CTAs, and lead-generation elements.
- Coordinate with the content and creative teams to maintain consistent brand communication.
6. SEO & Website Management
- Coordinate with SEO and website teams to improve organic traffic, rankings, and website visibility.
- Monitor key website pages, landing pages, blogs, forms, and customer conversion journeys.
- Identify SEO opportunities based on customer searches, immigration trends, and market demand.
- Ensure website content is updated when visa rules, immigration policies, or service offerings change.
- Work on improving website enquiries and organic lead conversion.
7. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track and analyse:
- Leads generated
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Qualified leads
- Consultations generated
- Sales generated
- Conversion rate
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Campaign ROI
- Organic traffic
- Social media growth
- Website enquiries
- Marketing-generated revenue
- Identify performance gaps and present actionable improvement plans to management.
8. Competitor & Market Research
- Regularly monitor competitors' campaigns, offers, content, advertisements, and market positioning.
- Research new immigration destinations, visa categories, and market opportunities.
- Identify emerging professions, countries, and visa pathways that can be promoted to potential clients.
- Monitor customer behaviour, industry trends, and changes in the immigration market.
- Keep the marketing team and management updated on relevant market developments.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2- 6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in immigration, travel, education, or a service-based industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a marketing team.
- Robust understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with sales teams and align marketing activities with revenue objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics/reporting tools.
- Knowledge of immigration and visa-related marketing will be an added advantage.
