Job Description (Exterior Trims) :

- Experience: 3-8 Years
Location: Chennai
- Software: Siemens NX
- Notice Period : 0-30 Days preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Design and develop automotive exterior components such as bumpers, grilles, claddings, fenders, cowl covers, mirror sail panels, and other plastic trim parts.
- Preferred- Experience in Bumper Systems, Grilles, Exterior Plastic Trims, and OEM vehicle development projects
- Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using NX.
- Perform packaging studies, clash checks, feasibility studies, and design updates
- Apply plastic product design guidelines, DFM/DFA, and GD&T; standards.
- Work closely with Styling, CAE, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers for product development and validation.
- Support engineering change management and product release activities
