About the Role

We are looking for experienced SAP Test Analysts with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Test Automation. The candidate will be responsible for testing SAP SuccessFactors applications, executing functional and automation testing, identifying defects, and ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Candidates with 2–3 years of experience will be considered for the Senior Associate Consultant level, while candidates with 5+ years of experience will be considered for Consultant/Senior Consultant roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration and regression testing for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Develop, execute and maintain test cases, test scenarios and test scripts.
- Perform test automation for SAP SuccessFactors applications.
- Analyze requirements and prepare appropriate testing strategies.
- Identify, document, track and validate defects.
- Execute end-to-end testing and support defect resolution.
- Work closely with developers, functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Maintain testing documentation, test results and status reports.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and testing activities.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Ensure applications meet business, functional and quality requirements.

- Advanced test automation experience
- End-to-end test planning and execution
- Test strategy and management exposure
- Ability to guide junior testers/team members
- Strong stakeholder management

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Graduation

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in SAP SuccessFactors + Automation Testing from IT Services, Software Product or Technology Consulting organizations are preferred.
