We're Hiring: Business Analyst Consultant (Product Management)
Location: Chennai, India (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)
Experience: 58 Years
Core Responsibilities:

- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with Product Managers and technical teams.
- Map business processes and translate requirements into Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for upcoming sprints.
- Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, and Validation teams to support UAT and product delivery.

What You Bring:

- A degree in Tech, Business, or Information Systems 5 -8 years of BA experience.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Clinical Research is a huge plus!
