Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP systems meet design specifications.
- Conduct site visits to inspect installations and perform quality control checks during commissioning process.
- Develop test plans and procedures for testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in MEP coordination or related field.
- Robust understanding of material selection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and their integration into overall building design.
- Proficiency in software testing (e.g., AutoCAD) and ability to create detailed drawings and reports.
