Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Contracts Executive based in India to support contract management activities related to our US-based MSP staffing operations. This role will focus on reviewing, redlining, and managing a variety of contracts including Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, and Statements of Work. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, familiarity with the US staffing industry, and proven experience handling MSP/VMS client contracts.

This position requires working closely with US stakeholders and may involve working during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:





Contract Review & Negotiation Support:
- Review, redline, and summarize key terms in contracts such as:
- MSAs (Master Service Agreements)
- SOWs (Statements of Work)
- NDAs, Addendums, Amendments
- Subcontractor and Vendor Agreements
- Support the US legal/commercial team in drafting and responding to contractual changes.
- Highlight legal, commercial, and operational risks and propose suitable fallback positions.

MSP/VMS Compliance & Coordination:
- Support contract execution and compliance within MSP programs and VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, Simplify VMS).
- Review and maintain adherence to client-specific onboarding, background checks, SLA requirements, and insurance obligations.
- Track and escalate high-risk or non-standard contract terms to US legal teams or leadership.

Stakeholder & Documentation Management:
- Collaborate with India and US teams across Sales, Delivery, HR,
