We’re looking for a General Manager / Senior Manager – Business Development

About the Company :

The organisation operates in the serviced apartments, hospitality and branded living space, with a focus on building and managing high-quality accommodation assets through innovative operating, management and partnership structures.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop the market expansion strategies
- Identify key markets to grow the brand presence
- Contact and develop relationships with key hotel owners looking to deploy long term capital into the sector.
- Develop relationships with Real Estate Developers/Property owners and take service apartment buildings on revenue share or long-term leases and develop new innovative business structures.
- Source, negotiate and secure current long term third-party management and revenue share opportunities that fit the company’s market or geographic strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain existing relationships with owners, lenders, brokers, consultants,



and brands to expand a high-quality pipeline.
- Evaluate properties based on potential financial return, quality of operations, location, and overall fit within group portfolio.
- Negotiate management agreements and lease agreements.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.

Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality business development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the hotel and lodging industry, including investment and operating proformas.
- Exposure to hospitality, real estate finance, capital markets or hotel investment underwriting would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of land-use regulations in India and approval-related complexities.
- International work experience would be desirable.
