Job Description

We are seeking a HR Executive for a leading Book Publisher at Current Delhi.

Job Profile:

HR Operations

Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to joining to exit.

Maintain accurate employee master data, personal files and HR documentation.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS and periodic management reports.

Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, relieving/experience letters, etc.

Maintain organization structure, employee database and HR records.

Track probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.

Talent Acquisition – Primary Responsibility

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.

Screen CVs, coordinate and conduct initial telephonic/virtual discussions.

Coordinate candidate communication and interview feedback.

Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS.

Coordinate offer roll-out and candidate joining formalities.





Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining.

Maintain candidate database and talent pool.

Employee Engagement & Rewards and Recognition

Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

Coordinate celebrations, events, employee connects and HR initiatives.

Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys.

Collect employee feedback and prepare basic reports.

Coordinate employee communication related to HR initiatives and events.

Maintain an annual engagement calendar.

Collect nominations from departments.

Maintain R&R; tracker.

Performance Management – PMS

Support the HR team in coordinating the PMS cycle.

Maintain PMS trackers and employee data.

Follow up with employees/managers for goal setting and review completion.

Support documentation related to performance reviews.

Track completion of probation/confirmation reviews.

HR Policies & Communication

Support the HR team in implementing HR policies.
