Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
- Organize and store products systematically in designated warehouse locations.
- Supervise and coordinate and action the picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensure proper stock management.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe and organized working setting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
- Manage the warehouse and logistics billing process, including invoice verification, payment follow-up, and tracking until payment release.
- Maintain proper tracking of shipments, deliveries, and logistics-related activities.




- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations with accurate documentation and Excel-based tracking.
- Identify operational issues and support process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.
- Work closely with team members to achieve warehouse, inventory, and dispatch targets. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Basic computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
