Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage billing processes for O2C (Order to Cash) cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of customers.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain master data management systems, including customer data, product offerings, and pricing information.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the billing process.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or payment processing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in O2C Billing or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (e.g., B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing complex datasets using tools like Customer Data Management (CDM).
