Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to handle residential interior projects from initial client discussions through design, quotation, execution coordination, and project completion. The candidate should have strong design knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs.
- Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations for residential projects.
- Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the project and provide regular updates.
- Handle client meetings, discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Convert client requirements into practical and cost-effective interior solutions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and other internal teams.
- Conduct site visits to understand site conditions and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate design changes and ensure client approvals are obtained on time.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, designs, material selections, and payments.
- Ensure the project is executed according to approved designs, specifications,



quality standards, and timelines.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate with the execution team to address issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, designs, revisions, approvals, and project details.
- Handle multiple residential projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Strong knowledge of residential interior design and materials.
- Good knowledge of quotation preparation, BOQ, estimation, and costing.
- Excellent client coordination and client-handling skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Knowledge of interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements, materials, and execution requirements.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Bengaluru.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients independently, preparing quotations, coordinating residential projects, and taking responsibility from the initial client discussion until project completion.
