About the Role

We are looking for an AI Architect to lead the product and technical direction of Yoxa.ai, our enterprise agentic AI platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of AI, product, technology, and customer solutioning. You will work closely with business leadership, customers, and engineers to shape what we build, design how it works, and guide solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Product & AI Strategy: Translate business goals, customer problems, and emerging AI capabilities into product priorities and architecture.
- AI & Agentic Architecture: Design production-grade solutions using LLMs, agents, tool calling, RAG, workflow orchestration, human-in-the-loop patterns, and AI evaluation.
- Platform Architecture: Guide backend, data, API, integration, and cloud architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, observability, and maintainability.
- Product Engineering: Work across backend and frontend boundaries to turn complex AI workflows into intuitive, production-ready product experiences.
- Enterprise Solutioning: Understand enterprise problems, design agentic solutions, support customer pilots, and turn successful use cases into reusable platform capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Guide engineering decisions, review designs and code, prototype capabilities, troubleshoot critical issues, and maintain a high bar for delivery quality.

Technical Expertise

We are looking for robust hands-on experience with a modern AI and product engineering stack:

- AI: LLM APIs, agentic systems, RAG, embeddings and retrieval, tool calling, AI evaluation, model observability, safety, and cost management.
- Backend & Data: Python, FastAPI or equivalent, asynchronous systems, PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases,



background workers, and durable workflows.
- Frontend: Working knowledge of TypeScript, React/Next.js, API integration, state management, and complex workflow interfaces.
- Integrations & Security: REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, MCP, enterprise integrations, authentication/authorization, credential security, and safe agent tool execution.
- Cloud & Engineering: Docker, cloud deployment, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, production debugging, and reliability engineering.

AI-Powered Development

We follow an agentic AI-powered development process, with tools such as OpenAI Codex integrated into how we design, build, review, test, and evolve the product.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an AI-native engineering environment, using coding agents effectively while bringing strong engineering judgment, architecture thinking, and ownership to the development process.

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience across software engineering, architecture, AI engineering, or technical product development.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications and production software.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into product, AI, and technical solutions.
- Comfortable moving between architecture and implementation- prototyping, reviewing code, debugging systems, and contributing to critical features.
- Ability to work directly with customers, engineers, and business leadership.
- Strong ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving product environment.

Experience with our exact technology stack is not mandatory. Strong experience with equivalent up-to-date technologies and the ability to become productive quickly are more important.
