Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement robust test automation frameworks from scratch for web UI and API

testing.

- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation architecture using tools such as Playwright, Rest

Assured, and other relevant automation utilities aligned to project needs

- Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test

coverage.

- Leverage AI-assisted capabilities in automation engineering for test case generation, script acceleration,

maintenance optimization, intelligent defect analysis, and productivity improvement.

- Evaluate and apply the right automation tools, libraries, and framework design patterns based on

application architecture and testing scope.

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and reliable continuous testing, building

on the roles stated CI/CD exposure requirement.

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to embed automation into the software

delivery lifecycle.
