Job Purpose

Develop dealership sales manpower capabilities through training, recruitment, and customer experience initiatives. Ensure dealerships have skilled sales teams that deliver excellent customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Capability Development

- Identify training needs based on performance gaps, customer feedback, survey results, and audit findings.
- Plan and execute monthly training programs for dealership sales teams.
- Support training content improvement through regular feedback.
- Implement structured learning and induction programs for dealership sales roles.
- Monitor trainer effectiveness and drive continuous trainer development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through participant, customer, and dealer feedback.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) implementation.
- Conduct training programs (classroom and virtual) for critical dealership roles.

Customer Experience (CX) Excellence

- Analyze customer satisfaction (SSI) survey results and implement improvement plans.
- Drive CX process and SOP audits across dealerships.




- Track issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Publish monthly CX audit dashboards and reports.
- Conduct focused reviews for low-performing dealerships.
- Ensure dealership grooming and service standards are maintained.
- Manage training budgets and expenses.
- Coach dealership sales teams and field teams on process implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- B.E. / B.Tech or Any Graduation + Full Time MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

Experience

- 05-15 years of experience in Sales, Sales Process, Training, Customer Experience, or Manpower Management.
- Experience in the Automobile Industry is preferred.
