Key Responsibilities

- Development Activities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
- Create reusable components, workflows, and automation frameworks.
- Integrate UiPath bots with applications such as SAP, Oracle, web applications, Excel, and databases.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- Deploy automation solutions through UiPath Orchestrator.
- Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Activities
- Monitor and maintain production bots using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for deployed automations.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, bot failures, and process exceptions.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Manage bot schedules, queues, assets, and credentials.
- Handle change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Prepare operational reports and automation performance metrics.




- Ensure SLA compliance and support business continuity.
