Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates to assess their fit for open positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress updates from hiring managers and ensuring timely communication with applicants.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations in the United States.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles within a given timeframe.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
