Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and support processes.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve functionality and security.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level applications to ensure high availability.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems to track and prioritize support requests.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Kronos.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
