Position: E-commerce Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail oriented E-commerce Operations & Accounts Reconciliation Executive to support day to day operational and financial coordination for our e-commerce business.

The candidate will be responsible for sales reconciliation, invoice management, operational reporting, and coordination with finance, logistics, and marketplace partners to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations

- Manage day-to-day operational activities across e-commerce platforms and internal systems.
- Ensure accurate sales order processing and invoice punching in ERP systems.
- Monitor order flow, dispatch coordination, and operational reporting.

2. Accounts Reconciliation

- Perform sales and payout reconciliation between internal ERP and marketplace/partner reports.
- Identify discrepancies in settlements, commissions, returns, and deductions.
- Coordinate with finance and marketplace partners to resolve reconciliation issues.

3. Financial Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain and verify records related to GST, TDS,



and statutory financial documentation.
- Support finance teams with reconciliation reports and audit-ready documentation.

4. Reporting & Data Management

- Prepare operational and financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Track sales, reconciliation status, and operational metrics.
- Ensure proper documentation and organized record keeping.

5. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

- Coordinate with logistics partners for B2B dispatches and shipment tracking.
- Work with supply chain teams to ensure inventory availability and smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in operations,
reconciliation, or e-commerce support roles.
- Robust understanding of accounts reconciliation processes.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and operational reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
