AM Electrical

- We are seeking an experienced AM Electrical skilled to join our team in Warora.
- The role involves comprehensive electrical maintenance, including preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment breakdown response, shutdown planning and execution, and shift operations management.
- The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance of electrical systems, adhere to safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with cross functional teams to support continuous plant operations.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using monitoring tools and data analysis to anticipate equipment failures.
- Respond promptly to electrical equipment breakdowns, diagnosing issues and executing effective repairs.
- Plan and coordinate shutdown activities, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety protocols.




- Manage daily shift operations, supervising maintenance activities and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize electrical system performance.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

- 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Strong knowledge of electrical equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in shutdown planning and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in shift operations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
