Job Title: New Product Development (NPD) Manager
Location: Bengaluru (Yeswanthpur)
Experience: 12+ Years
Salary: 20 LPA - 26 LPA
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / EEE / ECE or related discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept through mass production
- Coordinate Mechanical, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Quality, SCM, and Manufacturing teams
- Manage project schedules, risks, milestones, and product launch timelines
- Work with OEM/ODM partners and suppliers
- Support electronics design reviews and system architecture discussions




- Coordinate mechanical design, DFM/DFA, and plastic mold development
- Participate in tooling reviews (T0/T1/T2) and manage engineering changes
- Drive EVT, DVT, and PVT validation phases
- Coordinate product certifications (BIS, CE, FCC, RoHS, etc.)
- Finalize BOM and target product cost
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Support pilot production and manufacturing ramp-up
