Control Testing - Program Management

- We are seeking an entry level Control Testing professional to join our team in Bangalore.
- The role focuses on IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, ITGC audit, ITAC testing, KCI assessments, and overall control testing within a program management framework.
- The successful candidate will support audit and control activities, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen control environments.

Responsibilities

- Conduct ITGC testing and audit procedures to evaluate control effectiveness.
- Perform ITAC testing and KCI assessments as part of the control testing program.
- Develop, maintain, and update control testing documentation and audit evidence.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement control improvements and remedial actions.




- Prepare audit reports, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Assist in program management activities such as scheduling, resource allocation, and risk monitoring.

Requirements

- Robust knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, KCI, and control testing frameworks.
- Ability to perform audit and testing procedures and document findings.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Entry level experience (0-2 years) in IT audit, control testing, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline
