Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation, including significant experience working with Adobe Marketo Engage in an enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise building and managing Marketo programs, smart campaigns, nurtures, operational workflows, webinars, and event marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo forms, landing pages, segmentation, dynamic content, tokens, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of Marketo database management, data quality, deduplication, and governance best practices.
- Experience managing Marketo campaign performance, reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices including deliverability, authentication, compliance, preference management, and subscription handling.




- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex Marketo and integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, analytics, and technology teams.
- Ability to serve as a senior Marketo subject matter expert while balancing hands-on execution with strategic platform optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on with data analytics and advanced automation solutions is a plus
- Advanced experience with account-based marketing, spanning automation, CRM, and digital channels.
- Experience with Adobe marketing technologies is a plus.
- Exposure to AI driven marketing capabilities, including personalization, predictive insights, or workflow automation.
- Experience working across multiple regions and stakeholder groups in a complex enterprise environment.
- Platform certifications in marketing automation or related technologies preferred.
