We are looking for a Land Acquisition Executive / Manager for our Organization located at Mylapore, Chennai. We are Expanding to Other Parts of Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify suitable land parcels.(residential/commercial/industrial) based on project needs
- Visit sites, collect land details, ownership papers, patta, EC, zoning, road access, etc.
- Do basic market research: check prices, trends, and availability in Chennai region.
- Talk to landowners, local brokers, and contacts to find opportunities.
- Negotiate land prices and deal terms (outright purchase, joint development, etc.)
- Help with legal and technical checks (due diligence) to ensure clear title and no future issues.
- Prepare simple reports, documents, and plans for approvals.




- Keep track of potential lands and ongoing deals.
- Build network with brokers, owners, and local people for more leads.

Who We're Looking For:

- 3 to 8 years experience in land sourcing, acquisition, or property deals in real estate.
- Positive knowledge of Chennai/Tamil Nadu land market, rules, RERA, approvals, and documents.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive, hardworking, and comfortable traveling for site visits.
- Honest and detail-oriented (important for avoiding legal troubles)
