- Experience: 3–5 years in Stores/Warehouse Operations
- Technical Skills: SAP, MS Office, Power BI, and Inventory Analysis Tools
- Behavioral Skills: Robust Communication, Leadership, Time Management, and Analytical Thinking

Job Purpose

To efficiently manage warehouse and store operations, ensuring timely material availability for production through effective inventory control, material management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure 100% material availability from the warehouse to the production line as per the production plan.
- Monitor inventory levels, material accountability, shortages/excesses, and aging stock.
- Track production plan adherence and minimize production losses.
- Manage material receipt, issuance, rejection, and OSP activities within the warehouse.
- Monitor TAT and support new model development activities.
- Ensure compliance with 5S standards and safety requirements across store operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and reports.
- Manage shift operations and effectively allocate manpower within the warehouse.

- Production plan adherence
- Material accountability
- Inventory aging and stock control
- Process efficiency and TAT monitoring
- Safety and 5S compliance
- Reporting and cross-functional coordination

Reports To: Head – Warehousing / Sub Section Head – Warehousing

Internal: PPC, Production, SCM, Finance, IT, Plant Head, and Business Excellence

External: 3PL Partners,
