Job Description Insurance KYC Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for performing KYC, customer due diligence, policyholder verification, and regulatory compliance activities for insurance customers while ensuring adherence to AML and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform KYC verification for new and existing policyholders.
- Review identity, address, and corporate documents.
- Conduct CDD/EDD, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
- Coordinate with underwriting, sales, and operations for pending documents.
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records and meet SLA and quality targets.
- Escalate suspicious or high-risk cases to Compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree.




- 12 years of Insurance KYC/AML operations experience.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance.
- Solid communication, analytical skills, and MS Office proficiency.
