Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in integrating software solutions with existing business processes to optimize performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and develop effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices relevant to packaged application development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
