Position : Engineer /Senior Supervisor Control/Testing Division

Qualification : B.Tech (Electronics)

Industry: Electronics Manufacturing / EMS / SMT

Experience : 3-5 years

Job Description

- Monitor and maintain quality standards across Assembly and Testing processes.
- Conduct Incoming, In-Process and Final Quality Inspection.
- Analyze production defects using 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis and Pareto Analysis.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate 8D problem-solving activities.
- Conduct process, product and system audits and ensure closure of audit findings.
- Monitor FPY, PPM, DPMO, rejection, rework and customer complaint metrics.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues.




- Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, Inspection Standards and Quality Check Sheets.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable customer-specific quality requirements.
- Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC activities.
- Support recent product introduction (NPI) and ensure quality readiness before mass production.
- Conduct supplier quality evaluations and support Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR).
- Train operators and technicians on quality standards and defect prevention.
