Avaali is looking for a senior, hands-on qualified to strengthen the company’s influence across media, industry analysts and enterprise technology markets.

The role will combine public relations, analyst relations and competitive intelligence. The person will build Avaali’s corporate and founder visibility, manage relationships with Gartner and other leading analyst firms, increase recognition of Avaali’s product stack in relevant research, and provide actionable market intelligence to product, sales and leadership teams.

This is an outcome-focused role-not one limited to press releases, analyst briefing coordination or competitor-news tracking.

Key responsibilities

Public relations and corporate communications
- Develop and execute Avaali’s PR and communications strategy across India and selected international markets.
- Build compelling narratives around enterprise AI, Avagama.AI, Velocious, Source-to-Pay, finance operations and enterprise transformation.
- Establish direct relationships with senior business and enterprise-technology journalists.




- Secure meaningful earned-media opportunities, including interviews, features, by-lined articles, expert commentary, podcasts and customer stories.
- Translate complex technology and customer outcomes into credible stories for CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CPOs and GBS leaders.
- Manage the external PR agency (if any) and hold it accountable for quality, relevance and proactive execution.
- Clearly distinguish earned coverage from paid placements, syndicated releases and low-value mentions.

Analyst relations
- Own Avaali’s relationships with Gartner and other relevant global and regional analyst firms.
- Build an annual analyst engagement plan aligned with Avaali’s product and go-to-market priorities.
- Identify analysts covering enterprise AI, intelligent automation, Source-to-Pay, accounts payable, enterprise content management and adjacent categories.
