To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and curated datasets for reporting and insight generation.
- ETL tooling such as Alteryx, Glue, DBT or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on delivery of visualisation tools and reporting solutions, including Tableau or equivalent tooling.
- Requirements documentation and clear communication, with the ability to work independently with stakeholders.
Desirable Skills / Good To Have
- Cloud data engineering experience, including AWS services and contemporary data ecosystem components (e.g. Snowflake).
- Strong SQL and data modelling capability, including experience of managing and operating SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark/Apache Spark, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipeline,
with strong knowledge of DevOps best practices.
- Data orchestration and workflow tooling, together with modern lake and lakehouse patterns.
- Exposure to process modelling tools and methods, including IBM Blueworks Live or BPMN-based tooling.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with data reporting, as well as job-specific skillsets.
