Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for heavy vehicles and earthmoving equipment
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely supply
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers
- Monitor market trends and maintain updated knowledge of equipment and spare parts availability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to align purchase decisions with operational needs
- Prepare purchase budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review
