What will you work on?
Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Screening and shortlisting profiles
Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-ups
Managing high-volume/bulk hiring requirements
Candidate engagement and onboarding coordination
Working closely with the TA team to close positions within timelines
