Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience developing intelligent AI solutions for real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop AI agents using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
- Integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, vector databases, and enterprise applications.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize LLM performance for production use cases.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python.
- Work with vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Evaluate, monitor, and improve AI model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.




- Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
- Experience building Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI agents.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and model integration.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with model deployment and MLOps.
- Exposure to fine-tuning open-source LLMs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
