Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (Python & ReactJS)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI/Django, and ReactJS to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications within the Asset Management or Financial Services domain.

This role requires a strong blend of backend engineering, frontend development, UX/UI expertise, and architecture design skills. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to build innovative digital solutions that support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, FastAPI/Django, and ReactJS.
- Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications.
- Build responsive, modern, and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and related frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Develop automated unit tests, integration tests, and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal business impact.
- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 7-10 years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack application development.
- Proven experience in the Asset Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, or broader Financial Services industry.
- Strong expertise in Python programming and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- FastAPI
- Django Framework
- REST API Development
- Microservices Architecture

- Advanced experience in ReactJS and modern frontend development.
- Strong understanding of:

- JavaScript (ES6+)
- TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Responsive Design

- Proven experience designing and implementing sophisticated UX/UI solutions.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases such as:

- PostgreSQL
- SQL Server
- MySQL
- MongoDB

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of financial products, portfolio management systems, investment workflows, and market data platforms.
