About the Role

BondbloX is looking for a Fixed-Income Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal

for candidates with robust analytical aptitude, logical thinking ability, and excellent English

communication skills who are keen to build a career in the capital markets and fintech

space.

The role offers hands-on exposure to global bond markets, fixed-income data, bond

analytics, and fintech-driven investment solutions. Prior in-depth fixed-income knowledge

is not mandatory; we value candidates with the ability to learn quickly, think critically, and

work effectively with data and market information. The various functions that a candidate

may be rotated into are, but not limited to, the following:

• Data and Analytics (Information Services)

• Product Development (Information Services & Bond Exchange)

• Sales and Marketing (Bond Exchange)

• Sales and Marketing (Information Services)

• Content, Research and Trainings

• Operations (Bond Exchange)

Your Role

• Work on the proprietary bond pricing algo to generate evaluated bond prices

• Assist in maintaining and validating bond reference data, pricing data, and other fixed-

income datasets.

• Work with internal teams to improve bond analytics, screening tools, and data-driven

workflows.

• Support the editorial team in monitoring and writing content (news/research) on the

international bond markets for our daily bond market newsletter





• Engage with current and prospective clients to boost subscription revenues, App usage

and overall customer satisfaction

• Prepare company presentations for prospective member participants (banks/brokers)

for BBX

• Onboarding new member participants to BBX and assisting the operations team at BBX

to ensure smooth functioning of the exchange

• Facilitating course runs for IBF accredited training

Skills & Experience Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related quantitative

discipline.

• Recent or upcoming graduate with great academic performance from a leading

educational institute

• Analytical and data-driven mindset to address problems and initiatives

• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and structured information.

• Curious about capital markets, investments, and financial technology.

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Good to Have

• Internship or project experience related to fixed income, financial markets, fintech,

investment research, or data analytics.

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Excel, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is an

advantage.

• Progress toward CFA or other relevant financial certifications is a plus.
