Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Plan and monitor daily production as per production targets and schedules.
- Manage sheet metal fabrication, welding, bending, cutting, and assembly processes.
- Ensure smooth operation of welding machines, fixtures, presses, and fabrication equipment.
- Monitor productivity, manpower, material utilization, and machine efficiency.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and production downtime through effective problem-solving.
- Ensure products are manufactured as per drawings, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores for smooth production.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and process documentation.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and work instructions in the shop floor.
