To be successful as a Senior Software Engineer, you should have experience with:

- Security levels & Access handling, Sharing & Visibility, Data modelling in Salesforce.
- OOTB features & configurations of Salesforce, Point & click customisations & automations (Lightning flows, Validation rules, Approval processes, Flexi pages, etc).
- Programming in Apex,Aura,LWC (Must have good expertise in building, reviewing & maintaining clean high quality (following industry best practices) Apex classes, Apex triggers, Asynchronous apex, Apex test, Custom API, Integration processes, Aura, LWC pages.
- Source control tools using Git, Deployments (change-sets, sfdx/sf),



Using org utilities like Developer Console & IDEs like VScode.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

- Salesforce Knowledge.
- Financial Service Cloud.
- Hands on experience in Force.com customization.
- Hands-on expertise of salesforce lightening Aura and LWC components.
- Very solid skills in Salesforce development technologies including;Advanced Apex (Triggers, Dynamic Apex) Advanced Visual force, Javascript.
- Integration (both real time and batch) via SOAP, REST and BULK API, Apex Callouts.
- Data migration using Apex data loader and other data loading tool.
