Role Summary

Own and drive the Industrial product portfolio covering:

- B2B Commerce
- Industrial CRM
- Field Service Management
- Fleet & Dispatch Solutions
- Pricing Intelligence
- HVAC/Mechanical Workflow Platforms

Responsible for product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, AI-driven innovation, and business growth.



Work closely with engineering, customers, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions for industrial and operational users.

Must-Have Experience

- 5+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership
- Experience in B2B SaaS products serving operational users
- Domain expertise in Industrial Distribution, Field Service, Logistics, Pricing, or B2B Commerce
- Proven ability to learn and manage recent domains quickly
- Hands-on use of GenAI tools in product management
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes

Preferred

- ERP ecosystem knowledge
- Mobile workforce/field operations products
- Pricing and margin management
- Experience working with distributors, contractors, or field service businesses
- MBA or equivalent business background
