Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support/ BPO/ Telesales
- Freshers with calling experience can also apply
- Good communication skills(English & Tamil)
- Experience in outbound & Inbound calling
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Basic computer knowledge in(CRM/ MS Excel preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
