Key Responsibilities:

Drive business through the Agency channel.

Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.

Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

Develop strong relationships with agents and customers.

Ensure regular activation and productivity of the agency force.

Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI,



Banking, or Financial Sales.

Experience in Agency Channel will be preferred.

Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.

Target-oriented and willing to work in field sales.
