The role, in one line

Execute day-to-day e-commerce operations including order processing, dispatch, inventory, and warehouse activities across B2C and B2B channels.

Why this role matters

This role ensures orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time across B2C and B2B channels. The role will support smooth warehouse operations, shipment execution, and coordination with logistics and channel partners.

What you'll do

Order & Shipment Execution

- Execute B2C and B2B orders from order processing to dispatch.
- Handle multi-channel shipment execution across Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce, and other platforms.
- Coordinate B2B dispatches, including FBA and Q-commerce orders.
- Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle PO lifecycle and related documentation.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Execute day-to-day warehouse activities including picking, packing, stock movement, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock and order records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow warehouse processes and resolve operational discrepancies.

Systems & Reporting

- Work on OMS and WMS platforms for order and warehouse operations.
- Maintain operational data and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of order, shipment, and inventory information.

Team Coordination

- Delegate daily tasks to the team based on operational priorities.




- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Support smooth day-to-day execution of warehouse operations.

What you'll need

- 25 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, and warehouse operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience managing B2C and B2B orders.
- Experience with OMS/WMS, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Good team management and coordination skills.
- Experience working with channel partner platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Nice to have

- Experience handling FBA and Q-commerce dispatches.
- Experience with multi-channel order and shipment execution.
- Knowledge of B2B logistics documentation and dispatch processes.
