Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business
- Manage & expand DSA, connector & builder networks
- Lead and mentor Sales Officers/Executives to achieve targets
- Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams
- Ensure portfolio quality and minimize delinquency

Eligibility

- Proven track record in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales
- Robust networking & relationship management skills
- Leadership ability with team handling experience
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
