Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM).
- Robust understanding of application design and configuration processes.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application-related issues effectively.
