Role & responsibilities

- We are seeking a skilled and passionate SDET / Automation Test Engineer with 510 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, specializing in Web and API Automation Testing.
- The ideal candidate should possess robust hands-on expertise in Selenium with Java and API Automation to develop, execute, and maintain scalable automation solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery.
- You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium with Java.
- Develop and execute API automation test cases using Karate and ReadyAPI/SoapUI.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop reusable and maintainable automation scripts by leveraging the existing automation framework.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation test suites.




- Identify, log, track, and validate software defects using Jira.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to resolve defects efficiently.
- Integrate automation test suites with GitHub Actions and Jenkins to support continuous testing.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Analyze automation execution results, investigate failures, and perform root cause analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks, processes, and test coverage.
- Execute browser compatibility testing using SauceLabs and Perfecto.
