- Entry level hiring (Inhouse recruiter) for all programs in [24]7 Inc- Bangalore.
Summary of essential job functions
- Sourcing and evaluation of Candidates for all programs
- Ensuring first day FLE numbers are met as per hiring plan.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Responsible for OTD On time delivery & Fill rate
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- To be on top of Candidate experience throughout the recruitment process .
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications from various sources
- Should be Target oriented & ready travel if need be
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Managing internship programs.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Meeting assigned KRA / KPI as desired goal .
