- Minimum 3 -year experience as an Assistant Manager international Voice Experience is mandatory.
- Overall experience of Minimum of 8+ year in BPO voice program from premium contact centers is required.
- Experience in managing team performance.
- Ecommerce experience would be added advantage
- Effective monitoring of champions and providing instant feedback on productivity issues wherever required.
- Complete administrative functions such as maintaining attendance, addressing disciplinary issues etc.
- Graduates from any stream or Global Equivalent degree
- Should be willing to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
- 5 days working, Rotational Week Off
