- Lead Generation & Sales
- Coordinate with Branch Manager as well as Relationship Manager for daily lead generation and conversion
- Generate leads from walk-in customers and convert them into sales
- Drive field sales activities and meet/exceed monthly targets
- Handle all basic Banca channel activities
- Educate customers on Banca products and provide product advisory
- Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
- Ensure high quality customer service and relationship management
- Bank will be co-operative bank.
