We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own our brand's voice and presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X from strategy to execution. This is a hands on leadership role: you'll set the content strategy, drive campaigns end-to-end, and guide a small team/freelancers to bring it to life, working closely with the founders.

Location: Soho Tiger - Silver Jewellery, Vikrampuri Colony, Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Work Days: 6 days a week
Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Role & responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Own the social media strategy and content roadmap across platforms
- Lead campaign planning with founders and consultants, translating brand goals into content plans
- Track trends, competitors, and platform shifts to keep our content ahead of the curve

Content & Creative Direction
- Set the creative direction for short-form videos, reels, static creatives, and long-form YouTube content
- Guide storyboarding, shoots, and edits hands-on when needed, delegated when not
- Be comfortable stepping on camera for brand content

Team & Execution
- Guide and mentor junior team members / freelance creators and editors
- Own the content calendar and ensure consistent,



on-brand publishing across platforms
- Coordinate influencer and creator partnerships

Growth & Performance
- Own community management and platform growth across channels
- Partner with performance marketing on creative alignment and campaign performance
- Track content and campaign performance, and turn insights into action
- Support Google My Business, website content, and product/campaign copy

Preferred candidate profile
- 1 - 4 years experience in social media, content, or brand roles
- Strong hands-on content creation background (photo + video)
- Comfortable on camera and confident directing others on camera
- Sharp visual sense, strong writing skills, and a good read on what performs
- Working knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and video editing tools
- Good to have: D2C experience, influencer/creator management, interest in SEO or audience research
