Job Summary:

Responsible for site execution, project coordination, quality, safety and technical compliance for Civil and Electrical works across Transmission Line and Substation projects.

Duty Statements

Supervising & Coordinating:

- Supervise and coordinate site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Construction Manager, client engineers, subcontractors and other project functions for smooth execution.
- Supervise civil activities including access roads, soil investigation, excavation, foundations, tower footing protection and other civil works.
- Supervise electrical activities including tower assembly, tower erection, painting, stringing, equipment installation and commissioning as applicable.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for project execution.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil and electrical activities to meet project milestones.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily project activities.

Implementation:





- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and client requirements.
- Ensure appropriate materials, construction methods and concrete mixes are used as per approved specifications.
- Implement quality and safety requirements at site and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate excavation, foundation and other civil works for Transmission Line and Substation projects.
- Coordinate tower erection, stringing and electrical installation/commissioning activities as applicable.
- Maintain proper site documentation, records and technical compliance.
- Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Report) and provide regular progress updates to the Construction Manager.
- Organize JMC (Joint Measurement Certificate) meetings with the client after completion of relevant work phases and support billing/invoicing activities.
- Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions and escalate critical concerns to the Construction Manager.
- Ensure a safe and healthy working workplace throughout project execution.
